House for BMX Club in Latvia. This is a simple but efficient house and extremely cost-effective. It consists of modules and It was built in less than 4 hours on site.

We were asked to build this clubhouse for a BMX club in our neighborhood. They were short on budget, so we had to simplify it as much as possible to meet their funds available. The walls are built from the timber frame and filled with Rockwool Superock. We have a standard cladding, painted in the color as our client wanted. The roof consisted of 7 elements made with 40 cm I-Beams to be able to carry the load. The roof elements are filled with 350 mm Rockwool Superock.
